Mr. R. Gopalan, who holds Masters in Public Administration & Management from Harvard University, MA in Economics from Boston University and Bachelor degree in Chemistry from Madras University, has a rich experience in economic and financial administration of the country with long stints in Ministry of Commerce and Finance Ministry, and in Manufacturing and Services Sectors. As an Officer of Indian Administrative Service (IAS), Mr. Gopalan held various responsible positions including inter alia, Member of Public Enterprises Selection Board, Secretary Department of Economic affairs, Secretary, Department of Financial Services, CMD Taminadu Newsprints and Papers Ltd, MD Tidel Parks Ltd, MD Tamilnadu Agro Industries Corporation Ltd, Director Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals etc. During his career spanning 36 years, Mr. Gopalan gained rich experience in establishing and managing venture capital funds; heading industrial undertakings, managing infrastructure financing, Managing Financial Institutions, Creating Institutions & Corporates, negotiating for India in multilateral trade negotiations and formulating policies for the country in finance, trade and economy. Currently, Mr. Gopalan serves as Member on the Board of Directors & Audit Committee of Sundaram Clayton Ltd, Board of Hindustan Power Projects Pvt Ltd, Chairman of ANA ARC Ltd (an Advisory Board of Start-up fund). Mr. Gopalan also serves as Strategy Consultant to a few Companies.

Ms. Deepu Bansal, (DIN 09497525), aged 42 years, is a Chartered Accountant, and a Certified ESG Professional from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has completed her Master of Commerce (Hons.), MDS University, Rajasthan. Currently, serving as Senior Partner in NDB & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants. She has over 18 years of rich experience in handling key matters pertaining to risk management, internal audits, governance, compliance, and process controls. She specializes in the BFSI segment including non-banking financial companies, asset management companies, insurance companies (life and general), capital markets, market infrastructure institutions, etc. She has also undertaken assignments as an Internal Auditor and has provided Board/Audit Committee representations for internal audits, and special reviews in listed/large corporates. She has also provided advisory on significant accounting matters pertaining to listing of Life Insurance Corporation of India Limited. She has also been involved in providing management consultation to large institutions on various matters related to process and controls. Her contributions also include active participation in drafting various matters pertaining to investments with the Insurance Regulatory Development Authority and the insurance industry as well as Guidance Notes pertaining to concurrent audits of investment functions in insurance companies. Apart from being a Keynote speaker in various seminars organized by the study circles of the ICAI. She has also served as a lecturer at Sophia College, Ajmer for Company Laws, Cost Accounting, and Income Tax in the past.

Mr. Saurav Adhikari is a senior global business leader with four decades of deep domain expertise in global businesses and markets, across technology, FMCG and consumer durables sectors as an operations, general management and investment specialist. He has been a part of the technology sector for two decades with HCL (2000-2019), wherein he has held multiple leadership roles as the Founding President of HCL’s startup enterprise networking firm, leading a team that established what has now become a multi-hundred million dollar IT enabled services (“ITES”) business, served as President of HCL’s ITES North American business, and as President of Global Corporate Strategy. He has worked on several multi-billion-dollar inorganic investments in technology and software, carve-outs of multiple enterprise software product suites, joint ventures with global majors, to transform and reinvent HCL’s business. He was instrumental in strategizing HCL’s pivoting of its business model to a leading intellectual property led solutions company.

In his technology role, he has built deep inroads into global private equity and VC firms, while creating large, successful, value-based partnerships between HCL and private equity owned technology businesses, which are considered groundbreaking in the industry. At HCL, he held various executive positions, the last being President, Global Strategy, working directly with the Founder & Chairman with oversight across the group’s business, as well as the not-for-profit Shiv Nadar Foundation. Mr. Uttam Prakash Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant with more than 3 decades of experience in taxation, finance and restructuring having worked extensively in areas of statutory audit, income leakage audit, concurrent audit, stock audit, of public sector banks under RBI’s appointment. Having carried out statutory audit of public sector undertakings & Mutual Funds being appointed by the Comptroller Auditor General of India, Mr. Agarwal also has rich experience in providing tax and business advisory services to private equity investors, banks, investment banks, brokerage houses and finance companies. CA. Uttam Prakash Agarwal has been the youngest President of ICAI 2009‐10, and has been acknowledged by former President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, for his commendable work in the industry and presented with ‘Recognition of Excellence Award’. He was also awarded with “UDAN 2011” by the Times of India Group Newspaper Navbharat Times. A director on various boards and member of Board Committees, CA Uttam Prakash Agarwal also holds the honorary membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of (Australia) and membership of CPA (Certified Public Accountant) of Australia. Mr. Venkata Ramana Murthy Pinisetti is a lawyer, a bestselling author and an academic practitioner in HR and organization development (OD) domains. In his corporate career of about three and a half decades, Dr. Murthy has worked with some of the Fortune 500 and Global organizations. Retiring from the Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), as its Executive Vice President and Global Head Human Resources (CHRO), Dr. Murthy has also served the Coca- Cola Company (TCCC) for a period of 15 years as its Executive Director–Human Resources, a Board level position at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB).
